OUR HISTORY
From Meadowbrook to Fiorini, The Same Family, A Stronger Name
Fiorini Paving was known as Meadowbrook Parking Area Contractors, a name that built a reputation across Long Island for reliable commercial paving, concrete work, and site maintenance. In 2026, we rebranded to Fiorini Paving to unify under the family name we've operated under since 1971 and align with our sister company, Fiorini Landscape.
The name changed. Nothing else did.
The same crews. The same equipment. The same standards that kept property managers, municipalities, and commercial operators calling us back year after year. Meadowbrook built the track record. Fiorini Paving carries it forward.
The Fiorini family has been working on Long Island since 1971, when Fiorini Landscape was established in Melville. The paving operation grew out of that same family commitment. Same ownership, same accountability, same guarantee that a Fiorini family member is available to you at every stage of your project.

Site Walk & Assessment
Every project starts with a site walk not a phone quote. We come to your property, assess the existing conditions, identify drainage issues, base failures, or ADA concerns, and give you an accurate scope before we price anything.

Clear Scope & Pricing
You receive a written scope of work with itemized pricing before we mobilize. No surprises after the deposit. If conditions change on site, we tell you before it affects the cost — not after.

Scheduled Execution
Our own crews arrive on the agreed start date with our own equipment. We phase work to minimize disruption to your tenants or customers and keep you informed throughout. No subcontractors, no gaps in accountability.

Final Walkthrough
When the job is complete, we walk the site with you. Every detail is reviewed before we consider the project closed. If something needs to be addressed, we address it — before we leave.

Fiorini Paving runs its own fleet of paving, milling, grading, and concrete equipment maintained in house with staffed mechanics available to service our machinery at any time. We never rent critical equipment and rely on vendors to show up with it.
Every member of our crew is trained on current paving techniques, OSHA safety standards, and site protocols. We operate under full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job, residential, commercial, or municipal.
Our equipment capacity allows us to take on projects of any scale. from single driveway installations to full municipal road paving contracts, without outsourcing any portion of the work.
